Our Story

Taylor, Harris Insurance Services was started in 1987 by Michael Taylor, and his partners George Harris and Anthony Warrender. The three friends saw an opportunity to create an insurance agency focused solely on equine insurance. They wanted to offer their clients a choice of underwriter policies from the US and Europe, and they wanted their business to be handled by people with knowledge and understanding of horses and the equine community. Since then, the business has evolved to primarily focus on equine classes outside of racing.

Taylor, Harris has built a reputation for impeccable client service, world-class knowledge, and a true understanding of the horse community. Over the years, we have had the privilege of becoming very active in supporting equine sport through sponsorship.

Our focus is to grow access and rider opportunity within the sport and to support, foster, and further develop skills and knowledge of horsemanship in the community.
