Refund Policy

Refunds are processed via check only in the following situations:

• If a payment or over payment was made in error;
• In the event of pro-rata cancellation of coverage for all coverages that are not fully earned;
• Flat cancellations on a case-by-case basis only as agreed upon by the insured, Underwriter, and agency.
• Requests should be made in writing to your agent.
